The one thing that annoyed me most was how Sophie would rather be miserable and make her dad happy rather than doing what makes her happy. Their two worlds collide as they travel the globe for the F1 season, experiencing friendship, romance and passion. They both had undeniable chemistry, sparks and the tension between them was so hot and palpable ❤️‍🔥 half the time I just wanted them to give in to this lust just so they can stop this torture. the beginning was so fucking amazing, i mean honestly, i was so hooked and then it just kinda kept getting worse (in a boring way).

unless the other books in this series are somehow worse than this, i don't think it can be outdone in its terribleness. While all the women inside limp from too-tight shoes, she wears comfortable sneakers hidden from the world. Truthfully, it's just disappointing because as I stated in my Throttled review, this series has a lot of hype and really only good things being said about it. Liam is best mates with Noah Slade, and has a reputation of being one of the best in the world of Formula 1.I never gravitated toward girls in school, not liking how catty they got about grades and gossip, but Maya acts differently. i would narrate more of liam's groundbreaking thoughts but no one describes it like the man himself.

Their story also felt a little more intimate and emotional compared to the predecessor book, yet it still made my skin crawl and didn't give enough. and when there is pasta, she has eyes for nothing else because just like sophie, pasta is quirky and unhealthy. Sophie’s struggle of doing what she wants versus doing what others want is something that about 93% of the human population deals with, making her story more relatable.This book is my favorite so far on the series, with two more to go I have a feeling they are just going to keep getting better and better. She (sophie) laughs as she pulls up the hem of her long gown to reveal a pair of white leather sneakers with embroidered stars. She is ambitious, funny and kind and loves to organise and plan for things in advance thats why that list. It did not disappoint I'm obsessed with Sophie she’s fierce and sassy and I so want to be her best friend!

truly, if a man ever told me he’d wreck me for the person after him because i belong to him he would go missing that day and never to be found again. Sophie needs to be convinced how feelings are meant for good boys who will cherish her for everything she’s worth. The author gave Liam a traumatic experience that hindered him and created some of his bad characteristics and so on.

Liam helped her with that by encouraging her to chase and persue her dreams while Sophie was the person who could get Liam to open up about his fears helping him to overcome them and to understand that its okay to grieve. and this wonderful paragraph allows me to give you a glimpse into the simpleton mind of hunky man liam. They had chemistry and everything between them but Liam thinks he is not made for "Love" so they ignored all the attraction between them, tiptoed that fine line between friendship and lust and became "only friends". I loved Liam and Sophie’s relationship evolution from friends to lovers (I don’t usually enjoy this trope so I was pleasantly surprised).
